An introduction of the Education Savings Account (ESA) school choice program being pursued by the Iowa Alliance for Choice in Education (Iowa ACE), the Iowa Advocates for Choice in Education, along with the Diocese of Sioux City.
The ESA offers true freed of choice in education to all families.
